We are a small, friendly, family run business that provide some of the best student property available in Newcastle.
We have a small but excellent selection of student properties available to rent each year ranging from spacious 2 bedroom flats, up to stunning 6 bedroom houses. All of our properties rent very quickly so get in early to avoid dissapointment. The Links on this page will take you directly to detailed descriptions and photo’s of each property.
All of our properties are located in the most popular student areas of Heaton, Jesmond, Sandyford and Arthur’s Hill in Fenham.
Every student property we have is fully furnished, ususally with contemporary modern furniture from Ikea. Bedrooms are fully equipped including, desks, wardrobes, chests of drawers and double beds. Living areas usually feature leather suites and contemporary coffee and or dining tables.
All of our Kitchens and bathrooms are fitted to the highest standards with a full compliment of appliances. Larger propeties will typically have Range Cookers, 2 fridges, and 2 washing machines. Some properties have dishwashers, tumble dryers and one even has a jacuzzi!
Larger properties are usually hard wired for Broadband Internet, with Network and TV points in each bedroom.
Where appropriate we hold the relevant HMO licences, Gas and Electrical Safety are taken seriously and all properties are inspected and checked on a periodic basis. Mains wired heat and smoke detectors as well as burgular alarms add to your safety.
Deposits are always handled Via the DPS and Inventories are supplied and agreed at check in.
